Baicao Biotech Co., Ltd ( hereinafter referred to as the company), a Holding Joint Venture of Beijing Multigrass Formulation Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as Beijing Multigrass), was founded in 2010, and located in Yudong Industry Park, Xinxiang City, Henan province, covering an area of 15 hectares. The company mainly engaged in developing, manufacturing and selling biological fermentation pesticides, such as Spinosad, GA3, and Abamectin. The company, together with Beijing Multigrass, persists in the tenet of science and technology innovation, environmental protection, and serving global agricultural industry, aims at developing high-quality, safe and pollution-free biological products, so as to promote agricultural development, and help farmers improving crop yield and quality.

Since starting production in 2014, the company insists on introducing advanced fermentation idea and technology which attracts many talents, and has successfully developed many representative pesticides, among which, Spinosad is the most representative one. Over the years, huge resources were invested in the the development of Spinosad, from the developing processes of strain selection, seed cultivation, space radiation in ShenZhou VIII and Ⅸspacecrafts, till the mass production, which fills the domestic gap in this field, and the company also becomes the second Spinosad manufacturer in the world. 

Meanwhile, after years of developing, the company also launched its GA3 series of products in 2016, as a highly effective broad-spectrum PGR, GA3 has been widely accepted by customers and successfully applied in grapes, rice, cotton, chili, and potatoes due to its virtues of shortening the dormancy period of organs, such as seed, root & stem tuber, and scaly bulb, enhancing the germination percentage, low temperature vernalization, and promoting flowering and the growth of fruits. Except 90% TC, the company also launched several different formulations, such as 40% GR, 40%WP, 20%SP, 5%10%/20%Tablet, 3%/5% EC, and the annual capacity of 90% TC can reach 100 MT. Up to now, the company’s business has spread all over the world, including 80 more countries and regions, such as America, Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, and Australia, and the registration work in these areas is also ongoing.
